Seem familiar? Yes I know I have long talked about bullied kids and this topic and of course I will shy away now that little children have been killed, right? No. I will not. Yes it is awful that babies died, and 6-7 year old children ARE babies. But can you only imagine the life that Adam Lanza lived? I have seen his picture as have all of you. Think he was accepted? Think he was popular? No, No you don't. You have enough common sense to realize this guy's life in school was HELL. He was ostracized and remains so among the modern media. He is called a monster and no one wants to align themselves with him. No one wants to call him anything other than a deranged monster. Maybe he was a kid. A kid with a mental illness. A kid like THOUSANDS I treat every day unsuccessfully in my job as a mental health nurse. There is no where for these people to go. You wonder could it happen again, honey it is a MIRACLE it hasn't happened more often. YES it will happen again. Look closely at that backward kid you just tripped in the cafeteria. Someday you will NOT forget his name. Someday you will be asking what you could have done. Someday you will wonder why that quiet kid never invited to a party or invited to the prom snapped. NOW is the time to be sensitive. NOW is the time for action. STOP being a bitch/bastard and accept everyone for the person that they are. If not don't whine and cry when you reap what the fuck you sow.
