Thank you thank you thank you for that link Kathy, I was looking for articles and photos earlier and came up with nothing, so I was glad to see you had posted this. I'm pissed of at that guy though, I was so hoping people were over of disrespecting the band like that, hoping nothing like this will happen in Brixton. But on the brighter side of things, Johnny is looking hotter than ever, LOVED LOVED LOVED those photos!

Seriously though, I was terribly annoyed by that jerk who threw a drink on John and once again embarrassed by the behavior of a fellow American. I mean, wasn't it bad enough when John was in his early 20s to have to put up with being spit on and having bottles and glasses and trash thrown at him on the U.S. tour? It's disgraceful that a 51 year old man of legendary status as John should have to still contend with this nonsense. And from some creep who snuck into the Roxy? What a loser. |

I know! for some reason people think this makes them tough. The Pistols were never against the audiance. They wanted to challenge the audiance to not except what was fed to them. BIG DIFFERENCE!!!

As to where was Rammy, unfortunately there is no way for him to police a huge audience when they spit, and throw shit . He is not a goalie after all  . If the dumbass comes on STAGE however, he will get the shit beat out of him.... ....I bet that fat chick that went after Jonesy caused Rammy a very anxious moment......then he was like "oh she is just going to pounce on Steve, no problem"  I have seen so many videos from even 96 when John is spit upon, rocks are thrown at him, shoes, full cups of beer, wine bottles...... ......WTF.... ......I can promise this, if I see anyone anywhere near me in the audience during the shows I attend throw ANYTHING other than flowers at John I will KILL them and go to jail a happy bitch........ |

Just got an email from John's website announcing they've posted pics from the Roxy show and that more will be posted on 103.1: www.johnlydon.com/jlnews.html#roxy1Actually, 103.1 already has one photo of John up. I hope they also post a tape of the show! |
