One thing I would love to ask John is the following. It's a two-parter:

1. "Are you aware that Pete Townshend's song "Rough Boys" was dedicated to the Sex Pistols on Townshend's album "Empty Glass"?"

2. "How do you feel about having a song like that dedicated to you, with its homo-erotic content?"

For example, the lyrics: 'Rough boys...I want to bite and kiss you'...'Gonna get inside you'...'I want to buy you leather, we can't be seen together'..."

An interesting aside: fellow member Simonsezwhut recently told me that Townshend was a HUGE Lydon fan, so much so that when the two met, Nora describes Townshend as being in awe of Lydon, and telling him that Lydon was his idol.
