Mine would have to be *Rise*....Quite simply put...I love it because it has that hypnotic groove to it.....it just puts you in the frame of mind to hear it's message...that of fighting Apartheid....Plus we get to hear John at his best doing the beautiful vocals......All in all a great song....MY favorite one.....

I love Death Disco and I love the video for it on YouTube, strictly because Jah Wobble cracks me up! And John can't lipsync to save his life :] (which isn't a bad thing)

I might shock someone, but my all time number 1 PIL song is definitely "THIS IS NOT A LOVE SONG". When ever I hear it, I start jumping. The first time I saw the video, I was shocked and I couldn't stop laughing. The other five times, I just reseted the song and jumped all over my room, looking at the light bulb above me. I liked the way it looked when I jumped in circles. And I honestly think, that that song is not just the best PIL song, I also think, that that is the best Johnny's song.  I also like "Seattle" and "The Body", but "This is not a love song" has stole my heart.  |
