Class films......as you say the first Planet of the Apes film had that jaw dropping ending that really is a Cinema masterpiece!! Then again the originals were always classier than remakes...Think of The Omega Man with Charlton in it compared to Will Smith`s lame effort!! As Sci Fi movies go it is up there in the Top Ten...my all time favourite is Blade Runner though. Hi Noir Spot on.  Cheers Harold's Hearst. |
