You must see it...It's their best DVD ever Before seeing it, I would've never thought I'd agree, but it just might be the best Pistols DVD out there right now. I really did expect it to be "okay" at best, but after I got it I watched it 3 times in a row(and then 3 more times the next day, and this thread made me want to watch it again today). I especially enjoyed the concert part, it did bother me a bit that they had mixed it together from three separate shows, I would absolutely love a quality DVD of each night (and of every other Pistols concert for that matter, but then again who wouldn't), but on the other hand that's probably why it was so entertaining. I took the DVD with me when I visited my parents to show them what they missed this summer when they didn't let me take them to one of the Pistols shows and they really did regret not coming with me. I hated how shy people were around Johnny, but other than that the bus tour was absolutely wonderful, based on that alone it's easy to see that if the Pistols did ever think of writing new songs, there would be plenty of material for the lyrics. I wish I could think of more specific things I liked on the DVD, but I'll have to give it another spin for that. PS! I think I've seen another thread about this DVD somewhere on this board, so a merger would be nice.

Yeah, it's true. I'd welcome DVDs of anothers gigs too, especially those I attended myself. Unfortunately, I wasn't at Brixton, though I can imagine the atmosphere of the gig cos of the DVD. Which ones did you attend this summer, anyway?

Which ones did you attend this summer, anyway? I wanted to go to both Finnish ones but just as I had finished making the plans I had an unexpected money related emergency (now that I look back on it, I should have borrowed (or begged) the money from s/b and gone anyway). So I only made it to Latvia, which I'm not too unhappy about since I've seen them 5 times, which makes me more fortunate than many other fans. But I know exactly what you're saying about the DVD giving a good idea what the atmosphere at Brixton was like, I get goosebumps every time I watch it. Got to give credit to Mr. Temple for that.

Yeah, really great piece of work... I've seen them twice and I think I was pretty lucky, cos many fans have never seen them. Although I know if I was an adult I would be able to see them live more... It's a pitty I'm not
