Well I have watched the first of the two DVDs in this set and Kev continues to not disappoint. Especially in his stories of Jason Mewes and Clerks. And now I have TWO new DVDS I need to buy (Kevin's last movie AND Jeff Anderson has a new movie out  ) YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY  |

I watched part two tonight and I must say Kevin is in rare form. I can clearly see why I keep returning to this man. I identify with him SO damn much. Kevin is 37 and I am soon to be 41. We are of an age. He talks so freely and openly about his weight issues, having his feelings hurt about that by people he respects and some he doesn't, and yet he maintains a level of personal honesty I can only some day hope to achieve . His most hilarious bit on part 2 of the DVDs is the part where he talks about having an anal fissure  . I have never had one, don't ever WISH to have one. Kevin describes it as the worst pain one can imagine and embarrassing too  . Embarrassing but painful to the point that you just don't CARE who knows  . I love him for telling the whole story, including the bit about having to ask his wife to look at his spread ass because I mean, who else would  ? The part about him going to a proctologist to have it examined after an excruciating jury duty is hysterical  . Just incredible honesty. Unbelievable. But all Kevin. THIS is why we love you, man. Please sir, can we have more?  |

The reason why I would really like to see Kev live is because I'm halfway through My Boring Ass Life and it's utterly hilarious. I love the way he writes so matter-of-factly, "went out with Jen and got a burger, Mewes came round and bummed money for some weed", it's just really good.
I have his live DVD's but I have only got round to watching the first one. Talking of DVD's, I hear Clerks and Chasing Amy are getting the Blu-Ray treatment in November, which is useless to me because I don't have a Blu-Ray player.
Would consider getting a cheap one for Chasing Amy alone, I fucking love that film.
