RIP Senator Ted Kennedy

While I disagreed with Senator Kennedy on many issues, he always stood strong for family and what he believed in. I respect that and his long standing career in the Senate. My prayers are with his family.

In so remembering Senator Kennedy let us not forget also his sister Mrs. Eunice Shriver that died recently. Mrs. Shriver founded the Special Olympics and did much that was not publicized for the people of the world, not just the American people.

Yes, I wanted to watch his memorial and funeral coverage but had to work. I admired the man and he and I mostly agreed. I always admire a man that is willing to fight for his beliefs and for the betterment of mankind. RIP Senator.
