It might not be a romantic song.. but I like it.. "It hurts to be in love" by Gino Vanelli.. it´s more about heatbrake but the beat of rithym of the song make it sond kind of romantic for me |

Starring Luke and Laura in this video- (Luke is the Prince Charming for those of us of that era and Laura will always be his only Princess)

I'm not much of a ballad person, but I do have a few votes:
"Lovin' Touchin' Squeezin" by Journey--kind of a perverse choice, since it's about cheating, but to me the romance is in the passion of the vocals
"I'll Be Back" by the Beatles--romantic but quite sad lyrically
"My Prayer" by the Platters--makes me cry every time!
"Fools Rush In" by Elvis--my wedding song--appropriate, too, since we'd known each other less than a year!

I had to put this here. It's not a romantic song but it's one of the most beautiful things I've heard in a long time.
It's the Smashing Pumpkins performing a rarely known b-side from one of their later singles, called Death From Above. The studio version is quite unremarkable, all bass drums and jangly guitars, but here Billy Corgan shows his incredible talent for radically changing the structure of his songs live.
