Good Lord. I have been a really big fan (with a big crush) on Mr. Ortiz in the past so this was a bit upsetting. I thought the "domestic battery" charges were ridiculous from the get go, I mean the man is a professional MMA fighter and she had a "scratch on her elbow"? 
Now we find out she is hitting the Oxycontin (a heavy duty narcotic). I am proud of Tito for standing up for what is right and not putting up with the addiction. After all he has three kids to think about. However, the court of public opinion is probably going to be brutal considering Jenna is now charging him with abuse and denies the drug usage. Tito has always been an athlete that wears his heart on his sleeve and for whatever it is worth I believe the man.
