One of the best metal vocalist of all time passed away of cancer today at 67. I was a huge fan since I can remember.

Lizzie asked me to post this as her tribute to Mr. Dio. Thanks for posting it Babe, I thought it was really original and just couldn't believe Pat Boone actually covered Dio   . Ronnie had such an amazing talent, a little guy with a voice that positively THUNDERED in the rafters. He will be so missed but his legacy has not even yet begun to be felt. He was the very image incarnate of Heavy Metal. This was my favorite Dio song. A little off the known path, but I used to listen to it all the time. |
