Don`t get me wrong, I don`t go around envying people but the reazon of this post is that it makes me sad to see ther people around my age being married with a kid and I`m still stranded in the world of the maidens  (I`d hate to end up like that *sigh*) In Argentina women who want to marry and have kids are called "susanitas" (a named taken from the comic strip character of a little girl named Susanita who dreamed of growing up, get married and have kids  Sorry for my rant but I guess you have to let things out even when they are plain stupid  |

Mrs. Lorre--I don't think your post is stupid at all. I didn't think I wanted marriage OR kids til I was in my mid-30s, at which point I suddenly wanted both very much. I spent a few rather miserable years watching my peers raise families before I started down the same path. I hope things work out similarly for you. I`m in my almost late 20s (26 to be more exact) and I`m almost the same age my mum was when she had me (she married at 23 and had me when she was 24) I guess I will not continue the tradition here  At least I`m not alone because you started a family in your 30s but it`s not about marrying, it`s about meeting a guy who would care for you and all that! but no! no man still seems to want to spend time with me!  . Maybe someday any man will!. |
