Well, don't expect too much of it, it is too short - it has like 80 minutes for 10 bands, so it doesn't go into much depths but I liked it more than the Seven Ages of Rock - Punk.. So I hope you'll enjoy it and won't think of it as a total waste of time.. And I'm really looking forward to your comments..  And sorry for any grammatical mistakes I make, I think my English is getting worse and worse instead of getting better..  |

Getting to see a documentary that had the Sex Pistols in it was a great New Year's present for me!  You're right, there were a lot of bands jammed into that show. Admittedly, I fast-forwarded through many of them to get to the Sex Pistols. Much of the Pistols footage was stuff we've seen before, but there were a few shots that were new to me. RE: Malcolm's commentary, I'm glad there was none of this "the Sex Pistols were my puppets, etc." Admittedly, he was pretty witty at times through the documentary. And you're right, it was great to see a recent footage of Soo whose look was about as different as it could be vs. the short hair she sported back in the day. |

Hi Kathy, thanks for your kind response! I'm glad that those videos made you happy! I wish you all happy year 2008! I was also surprised by Malcolm - I think he didn't talk so 'nicely' about the Pistols since '78 I've just watched the videos again and I noticed that I've missed John and Sid at 4:19 in the last clip-with John wearing that funny straw hat - did anyone else miss it or am I just turning blind? I really liked John's comments in this one, especially that "They wanted to continue without me, but quite frankly the talent had gone.." quote  |

WOWWOWOWOOWOWOOWOW........that last segment alone had me all smiles.......I loved the comment mentioned about the talent going with John when he left (and that beautiful dimpled smile when he said it).........GOD John looked good in that interview footage  (and Glen wasn't bad either  ) That is what I love about our members, we find ALL the good stuff.... .....thanks again Mashrum, karma for you |
