I was just thinking the other day about December '09--how much fun I had watching the UK PiL reunion tour from afar. Every morning I'd look for a YouTube video someone had uploaded from the show the night before, plus watch for news of U.S. ticket sales. I hadn't felt that sort of anticipation for a band since the late '80s (and in those days, I relied on word of mouth for how previous shows were going--I couldn't imagine having a little video to watch every day!).
Just sharing, since some on this forum may have had a similar experience.

Not exactly a similar experience but I enjoyed your post very much! I do miss the excitement around PIL there was in '09. And the PIL concert I saw that year was without no competition one of the most unique and powerful music experiences I've had. This year's on the other hand was somewhat underwhelming. So I do hope that new material (when and if there will be any) will put the spark back into PIL fan community.
