This is a fun topic.....it will be interesting to see what everybody says........ Mine would have to be.....well it's a tie actually.....between those two good old favorites.......*Anarchy* and *God Save the Queen*..... I know these their two most popular songs by far....but I just love them........*Bollocks* is a great album....OMG.....I forgot....how I could I not include *EMI* ? What are your choices?

This is fun but tough, NMtB is like the ultimate album, all the songs are really great. I didn't think I could choose a favorite but the i remembered No feelings because of the lyrics and Submission is right up there too, it's kind of weird actually, although those are my favorite I do think that GSTQ and Anarchy in the U.K. are their best songs.

Personally.... "Submission". Story: Me and my ex boyfriend camped out along a river one night last summer (we slept underneath a blanket on a set of branches, makeshift tent stlye! it was cute) and his car was parked beside us and I remember during the middle of the night we climbed in to get warm for a minute and this song came up on the mix CD I'd made for him. I just remembering listening to it while being cold, exhausted, but super happy.

"No Fun" with out a doubt. It still rocks my world and the sentiment and emotion there is so identifiable and authentic. "No Lip" is a close second. The Sex Pistols rocked some covers like no other band before or since. I sing this in the shower a lot.

Uhm, definitely "Anarchy In UK", because when I hear it, I just have to start bouncing and drumming on invisible drums. And "Submission", because his voice sounds so cool there. But, I love all of "Bollocks" songs, because they all are just incredible.

My overall favorite is Satellite - "you're too dumb baby & you've got no brain". It's a perfect counterpoint when I find that I've been listening too much to the more "wimpy" side of my music collection (Moody Blues, Coldplay, etc.).
When I have something really crappy to do at work, I like to have the headphones on & listen to No Fun. That seems to fit.
I also like hearing the recording of them trying to do Johnny B Goode & John singing "I don't know the words" & "I hate songs like that".
NMTB is classic & it's all good. I think GSTQ & Anarchy stand out because of the impact they made at the time. And they don't sound dated at all after 30 years.
