But...Snoogs, are they REALLY married, as in do they have a bona fide marriage license hanging on their wall?? Or is John technically eligible in the eyes of the law???  Stated in other terms, if he were to go to one of those quickie marriage places in Vegas, could he be arrested for bigamy??? Enquiring (and very very nosy) minds want to know!!!   Despite referring to her as his 'wife', talking about his 'marriage' and about being 'married' in almost any post-1980s interview you care to mention, John has stated clearly in several recent interviews that they are not ACTUALLY married, not in the legal, technical sense anyway. HOWEVER, they are clearly committed to eachother (30+ years now? ;D  , and they always look comfortable and happy together, which after such a long time is wonderful     so i guess having a piece of paper and/ or a ring on your finger essentially means fuck all (just my opinion, as well as John's apparently ). As he has also said, the commitment is in the 'head and heart' And for them it clearly, is as far as I can tell from what i've seen and read. ;D |

They have been together since 1976 really, so it is enduring whatever it is |

John`s book is damn good... I`ve started to read it again.. I^m reading so many books Still there are many stories about John that I liked and I forgot... it`s a long time since I don`t read that book.. |
